A publicly owned company hired us to help them design a strategy that would be owned by their managers. We used our Resourcefulness-Quantum approach to find what the true professional passion and purpose of each of the team members were. We then aligned them with the company's goals, which is the engine for executing successful strategies. The results where outstanding. The management team was able to design and execute their required strategies producing the desired bottom line results for the company.

Another of our client's wanted to redesign his business. We started this process by seeking out what he wanted to do with his life in the future, in five to ten years. He wanted to GROW and then sell his business. We started building from that "mission" of the client/owner and then aligning it with the company's mission. Next, we designed a strategy to grow the business to the level he desired in order to be sold. We looked for partners that could buy the company. Then we helped them design a strategy that would meet their common goals and create the processes and organizational platforms needed for the required growth. The business was sold and is growing successfully and at the pace they want.
